So I rode to work yesterday. I nearly backed out at the last second, but I’m glad I didn’t. Today just may go the same way; I’ll decide at the last second. Due to an earlier start, I may encounter more problems today than I normally would, in part because I haven’t done a Friday 10:30pm ride yet (and everybody and their dog is drinking and driving on a Friday night here in Hickville). So we’ll maybe give it a go in that respect, just to get a feel for an earlier evening ride. But it will definitely also depend on the weather (which, by the way, I can’t rely on the weatherman to give me accurate forecasts anymore – as per yesterday).
I wonder what cycling in Calgary is like? It’s an option to think about in the near future. I’m starting to get tired of riding this town.
